Banana Bread Date Bark
This delicious date bark is the perfect throw together treat! It’s so tasty and perfectly sweet. I’m obsessed with it and so is my toddler. It’s chewy and crunchy at the same time! I love it! Also, very very healthy, which is a win in my book!
I used banana bread oat haus butter, but I put almond butter in the ingredients list just in case you don’t have the oat butter.

- Next, add your nut butter of choice and spread it evenly over the dates. Next, slice your banana and lay on top of the nut butter.
- Add your choice of chocolate and coconut oil. Melt together and pour over bananas. Spread evenly. Place bark in the freezer for about 2 hours. Slice it and enjoy!
