Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with two flaps of parchment paper.
  2. For flax egg, combine 1tbsp ground flaxseed with 2.5 tbsp filtered water. Set aside 5 minutes to "gel."
  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas and then add in all wet ingredients.
  4. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients except dates and walnuts.
  5. Add dry to wet and stir till combined.
  6. Fold in dates and walnuts.
  7. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan and top with additional dates and walnuts. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool completely in pan before slicing and serving!
