Banana Breakfast Cookies
These breakfast cookies are life changer during the week when your kids need something different. Mine love these so much and they’re so easy to make. Plus, it’s a fun way to use ripe bananas other than making banana bread!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Honey

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies - Highkey

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add your banana, eggs and honey. Whisk together. Then add all of your other ingredients and stir until your cookie batter forms.
- Spoon cookie dough onto the parchment paper. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
