Banana Pudding
This three ingredient banana pudding gets its extra sweetness from the freeze dried bananas. No need for vanilla pudding mix or added sugar - this is a super easy no bake treat and adding graham crackers or vanilla wafers really seals the deal.

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Freeze-Dried Banana
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract, optional, but really adds great flavor

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend bananas, vanilla extract (if using), and freeze dried bananas until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and stir stir in yogurt. Combine.
- Store in a jar in the fridge and let sit for 30-60 min to thicken before serving. Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
Notes
Using bananas that aren’t overripe is preferred for this recipe (unless you’re eating it all right away) because the taste will start to get a little funky after a day or so. When using just ripe bananas, this should last for 3 days.
