Banana Pudding
This three ingredient banana pudding gets its extra sweetness from the freeze dried bananas. No need for vanilla pudding mix or added sugar - this is a super easy no bake treat and adding graham crackers or vanilla wafers really seals the deal.
The protein powder is optional, but it adds even more flavor, more protein, and makes it thicken up a bit. My two favorites to use with this are Peachie Spoon (JOYFUL 12 saves $) or Just Ingredients (JOYFUL saves $).

Notes
Using bananas that aren’t overripe is preferred for this recipe (unless you’re eating it all right away) because the taste will start to get a little funky after a day or so. When using just ripe bananas, this should last for 3 days.
