Banana Pudding Cottage Cheese Mousse
Back with another thick, creamy, high protein cottage mousse, this time in banana pudding!

- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, *
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, * see notes

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Whipped Topping
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, Sliced into coins

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blender cottage cheese, banana, syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract together until smooth
- *the riper the banana the sweeter it is, so adjust syrup as needed. You can leave the banana out from blending and just top with banana coins, too. Use 3 tbsp maple syrup if you omit blending the banana*
- Crush some nilla wafers and layer into the bottom of your jars
- Pour mousse overtop, and refrigerate at least 3 hours (overnight is fine) for thicker texture
- When ready to eat top with banana coins, whipped topping, and more crushed wafers, and enjoy!
Notes
I used my favorite clean ingredient protein powder from just ingredients brand here in French vanilla. The flavor is so smooth and creamy, there's no chalky taste, and there are no gums or artificial ingredients! Use code colleenF10 to save site wide!
