Banoffee Overnight Weetbix

like bananas, caramel vibes, chocolate on top? she never misses. so i had to make her into my favourite breakfast, because i fear i am having too much fun experimenting with new flavours. make it the night before. let it sit. let the flavours do their thing. and in the morning, you have something that feels a little bit special without any extra effort. promise this one will be on repeat!Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk, any works fine bestie

For the caramel:
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

Toppings:
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Banana, use as much as you like! this is just what fit into my container
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, any yoghurt works fine here
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cocoa Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Crush weetbix into a bowl/container. Add in the milk and protein powder, mix until well combined, then flatten down with the back of a fork/spoon.
- In a seperate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. If it is a bit thick, add 1 tsp of maple syrup (or water) at a time until it has reached your desired consistency. Spread over the weetbix base.
- Slice bananas and spread evenly over the caramel layer.
- Evenly spread the yoghurt (I used a caramel flavoured one, yum!) over the bananas.
- Sift cocoa powder over the top. Place in the fridge overnight (or at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
