Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Start off with slicing your steak into small pieces against the grain.
  2. Let it sit out from refrigerator from 20-30 mins.
  3. Add your 1 tbs soy, corn flour (starch) , fresh garlic and a pinch of salt and black pepper, the. Set aside.
  4. In a small sauce bowl, add your soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce & oyster sauce. Mix then set aside.
  5. In a hot skillet (medium heat) add neutral oil, vegetable oil,
  6. Add your beef in and saute for 2 mins.
  7. Remove and add in the white part of your green onion ( green part is for garnish.
  8. Then add in your vegetables and sauté until tender (3-5 mins).
  9. Add your beef in and stir fry for 1 mins.
  10. Place your meat and vegetables on a bed of rice and top with the (green part of your green onion as your garnish.
