Beef Stir-Fry
An easy budget friendly stir-fry that your kids will love!
Ingredients
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Flat Iron Steak
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Corn Flour, Aka Corn Starch
- 2 clove2 clove2 clove Garlic
- 2 - 3 cups2 - 3 cups2 - 3 cups Broccoli
- 6 pieces6 pieces6 pieces Crimini Mushrooms
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Bell Pepper
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Green Onion (Scallion)
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, DARK SOY
- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Premium Keto Oyster Sauce (click for recipe), Any oyster sauce
- 1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp1 - 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start off with slicing your steak into small pieces against the grain.
- Let it sit out from refrigerator from 20-30 mins.
- Add your 1 tbs soy, corn flour (starch) , fresh garlic and a pinch of salt and black pepper, the. Set aside.
- In a small sauce bowl, add your soy sauce, dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce & oyster sauce. Mix then set aside.
- In a hot skillet (medium heat) add neutral oil, vegetable oil,
- Add your beef in and saute for 2 mins.
- Remove and add in the white part of your green onion ( green part is for garnish.
- Then add in your vegetables and sauté until tender (3-5 mins).
- Add your beef in and stir fry for 1 mins.
- Place your meat and vegetables on a bed of rice and top with the (green part of your green onion as your garnish.
