Easy Keto Beef Stir Fry (Edit recipe)

Weekday dinner with the family can’t get easier than this! Cook this easy keto beef stir fry for you and your family ti enjoy in less than 10 minutes! My family will enjoy it with steamed rice while I will enjoy it as is, or with a bowl of cauliflower rice (or another keto rice substitute). Our weekday family dinner will normally consist of one or two main dishes with protein, a veggie dish and a soup.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Season the beef with salt and black pepper at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. In a wok over medium high heat, add the avocado oil. Add in the beef and sear until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Add the onions, red & green bell pepper chunks and garlic powder. Cook and stir fry for 2 minutes. If using minced garlic, add in the garlic first before the onion and peppers.
  4. Return the beef to the wok and add in the keto stir fry sauce. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked to medium rare or medium.
  5. Sprinkle on more salt and black pepper, if needed.

Notes

As an optional, garnish with sesame seeds or chopped nuts for more flavour and texture.
