Beet Frozen Hot Chocolate
This frozen hot chocolate tastes like a milkshake, has a veggie you can't taste, and has no added sugar added. It gets the sweetness and protein from chocolate protein powder (my favorite brand is linked in the recipe) and really is such a delightful drink to enjoy year round.
I promise you don’t taste the beets in here!

Notes
I love this as is but if I want to make this more of a complete meal vs. a snack, I add 1/3 cup frozen cherries and 1 TBS of nut or seed butter or top with granola.
