Beetroot Latte (AIP, GF, DF, Paleo, Vegan, Whole30)
Nothing beats a warm, comforting drink! For me a delicious beetroot latte is the ultimate treat. Plus, who doesn’t love pink drinks!
Ingredients
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Beetroot, Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Hot Water, and/or Milk of choice: if you want it creamier add more milk and less water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Measure out the powders and add to a cup
- Boil your water or warm your milk
- Mix all together
- Add honey or maple syrup if you want it a bit sweeter.
- Sip and Enjoy
Notes
We prefer mostly hot water with some milk. But some days we have mostly milk and less water. It really depends on the day. Play around and see what you prefer. My preferred milk is coconut milk, but I am sure it is just as delicious with any other type of milk. If you find the flavors are not strong enough, add a little bit more beetroot powder. If you decide to use only milk, and no water, slowly warm the milk in a saucepan making sure not to overheat it or let it boil.
