Berry Cheesecake Protein Bowl
A refreshing summer breakfast option with tons of protein!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cottage Cheese, Lactose-Free - Good Culture, Blended in high speed blender, Ninja, Beast or immersion blender
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup - Cary's
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Blueberries
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Blackberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Honey Graham Protein Cereal - Catalina Crunch, Crushed into fine pieces
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend the cottage cheese in a high speed blender: Ninja, Beast, etc. or an immersion blender.
- Add the Greek yogurt and syrup, blend together.
- Pour into a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle the crushed cereal over the top of the yogurt.
- Top with berries
