- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours (make sure it's level!).
- Spin on “Lite Ice Cream” or “Smoothie Bowl” setting.
- Re-spin if needed, and add a splash of milk if it’s crumbly for that perfect creamy texture.
- Top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of almond butter if you're feeling fancy.
