Sweet and creamy, this Berry Pie Smoothie is the perfect summer treat that can be made in less than 5 minutes. It tastes like dessert but is full of nutritious ingredients and over 20 grams of protein!

- 30 grams30 grams30 grams Vanilla Protein Powder, or 1 scoop, optional
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Old Fashioned Oats
- 111 Medjool Dates, pitted and softened if necessary, see notes
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Almond Milk, or any non-dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Whipped Cream, I used non-dairy
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Granola

- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth, ensuring that the oats and dates are fully blended. Add more milk to thin if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, granola, and more berries if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
If you are not using a high powered blender (like a Vitamix) or if your dates are hard: soak the pitted date in very warm water for at least 5 minutes to soften it up before blending. Discard the soaking water.
