Best & Easiest Meatball Recipe
Have you ever had a meat ball that was Dry? Tough? Tasteless? Well, you won’t have any of those problems with this recipe! My meatball recipe has bursts of flavour, it’s super moist and it just melts in your mouth. Follow my simple steps to getting the perfect meatball recipe!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Ground Beef, Ground chuck is best 80/20
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.50.50.5 Onion, Grated
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, Grated
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Gluten Free Italian Bread Crumbs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Parsley, Chopped finely
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water, Or milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl, add n your meat and other ingredients.
- Make sure your meat is at room temp leave out for 15-20 mins
- Mix lightly until all combined.
- Form meat into meatball.
- On a hot skillet, add in your oil (I use avocado, but olive is fine) sear each meat ball until it forms brown crust.
- Remove and set aside.
- With the existing oil in the pan, add in your onion, garlic and cook until translucent.
- Season with salt and pepper, then Add in your tomato paste.
- Cook the raw flavour out of the paste (2 mins) add in your passata and some fresh basil(if you have) bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- Add in your meatballs and cover with a lid for 30-40 mins.
- Serve on a bed of pasta or on a sandwich and enjoy!
