Birthday Cake Protein Bark
Ringing in the new year with the healthiest, tasting snack for those that need an afternoon pick me up! I made this for the toddler who is always craving something sweet! He loves it and it’s so perfect for him to have during the day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, I used Arbonne
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Coconut Oil, Melted
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup White Chocolate, I used Pascha Brand
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Sprinkles

- In a mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut oil and maple syrup. A cookie dough texture should form. Spread evenly over a piece of parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate and butter together. Pour over cookie dough mix and top with sprinkles. Place in the freezer to let it harden.
- Break and enjoy!
