Ringing in the new year with the healthiest, tasting snack for those that need an afternoon pick me up! I made this for the toddler who is always craving something sweet! He loves it and it’s so perfect for him to have during the day!

Process

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut oil and maple syrup. A cookie dough texture should form. Spread evenly over a piece of parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter together. Pour over cookie dough mix and top with sprinkles. Place in the freezer to let it harden.
  3. Break and enjoy!
