Biscoff Overnight Oats
If you're a cookie butter lover, then these Biscoff overnight oats with a Biscoff shell are meant for you. They're healthy, high protein, vegan, and most of all, absolutely delicious! They're easy to prep and are a fun start to your morning. Sometimes you just need a sweet breakfast that tastes like dessert, and these overnight oats will surely give you just that!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Soy Milk, or any non-dairy milk
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Milk Yogurt, or any non-dairy yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, optional
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Chia Seeds, or flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter (Creamy), melted
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter (Creamy), melted
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lotus Biscoff Cookies, crumbled

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir together. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Heat a tablespoon of Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, until melted. Pour and spread over the oats. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to let the topping set. Top with a crumbled Biscoff cookie and any other toppings as desired. Enjoy!

Serves 1. Feel free to multiply the recipe to make more servings. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
