A smoothie a day helps to increase your fruit & vegetable intake with minimal effort. This smoothie features a combination of blackberries, kiwi, banana, and spinach, blended until smooth.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Blackberries, frozen
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Kiwi, frozen
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts, organic
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Maqui Powder
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened - Silk
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Milk, unsweetened, Silk
Process

- Add everything to your Vitamix (or other vortex blender) blender and run on the smoothie setting until smooth and creamy. Add additional milk if needed for consistency. Serve and ENJOY!
