Brain Powering Pancakes
These pancakes were a hit, and not just because they’re shaped like Mickey Mouse! They tasted really good and my picky toddler had no idea they were packed with nutrients.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Walnuts

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Whole Milk
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pancake Mix, Kodiak Cakes

- In your blender, add your walnuts, banana, egg and milk. Blend until it becomes smoothie like. Stir in pancake mix.
- Over a heated skillet, add your pancake mix into whatever shape your kids love! We chose Mickey Mouse for these.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides and enjoy!
