- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Black Beans, drained
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Bacon, cooked
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Eggs, scrambled
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Avocado, cubed
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pico de Gallo, drained
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt, (culina plain dairy free yogurt)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Green Onion (Scallion), chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Fully cook bacon in oven.
- Pre mix culina yogurt and taco seasoning together (place in a piping bag for easier disbursement)
- Using a cast iron pan, or oven safe dish layer chips and cheese.
- Place chips and cheese in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
- Scramble eggs while chips are heating.
- Remove chips from oven.
- Layer beans, bacon, eggs, avocado, pico, yogurt, and herbs.
Notes
for added spice, add fresh chopped jalapeno or hot sauce of choice.
