Breakfast Sausage (paleo)
My entire family likes sausage for breakfast. But so many brands have added sugar, dyes, and chemicals. It is easy to make your own breakfast sausage, and you control the ingredients. I often double this recipe and freeze them for a quick and easy weekday breakfast.
You can adjust this recipe to your taste by trying different varieties of apples, or using honey in place of the maple syrup. Have fun and enjoy this easy addition to your breakfast routine.
