- 1. First, sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes. Chop the cabbage and add it to the garlic. Add three tomatoes.
- 2. Dice the tomatoes, cover, stir, add salt, pepper, and sugar, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Fry the eggs for 4-6 minutes, then grate 100g of mozzarella cheese, add it to the eggs, cover, and let it sit for one minute. Sprinkle with herbs – done! Enjoy!
