Brownie Pastry Swirls

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Spelt Flour, white
- 2.5 Tbsp2.5 Tbsp2.5 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- 320 grams320 grams320 grams Puff Pastry
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw, (optional)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar, (optional)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hazelnut, chopped

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt butter and chocolate together, set aside.
- Mix apple puree and coconut sugar, then fold in the chocolate mixture and vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cacao, and baking powder, then fold everything together.
- Roll out the puff pastry, spread the brownie mix on top, then roll it up.
- Cut into 8-10 swirls, place on a baking sheet, and brush with butter or oil.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 mins until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar or chopped hazelnuts & enjoy!
