These Butterfinger Ball Drops are the perfect treat to enjoy for New Years! They are made with just five main ingredients, gluten-free, and dairy-free.. does it get any better than that?

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, corn flakes, and sea salt. Scoop about 1Tbsp of filling and add to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  2. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate with oil. Remove ball drops from freezer and roll into smooth balls.
  4. Roll into chocolate to fully coat and place back on baking sheet. Add sprinkles and place in freezer or refrigerator to set. I recommend removing right before serving from the fridge or allow to sit for 5 minutes out of the freezer.

Notes

Keep leftovers stored in the freezer and allow to sit out for 5 minutes or so before enjoying.
