This is one of the quickest meals I make. It’s about 15 minutes in total. Simple quality ingredients, packed with flavor. Add whatever vegetable as a side you like, salad, steamed broccoli, canned green beans, etc.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet cook the chicken in the oil on medium heat for 4 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. When it looks like the fillets are about half way done turn them over.
  4. Add 1 tsp of Calabrian chili paste to each piece of chicken.
  5. Let cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Lay 1 slice of Prosciutto onto each piece of chicken.
  7. Tear the slices of cheese into half and fairly evenly cover the prosciutto.
  8. Cover and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
