Cantaloupe & Papaya Cooler
This refreshing, summer drink made with Cantaloupe and Papaya is delicious and super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Cantaloupe, Chopped
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Papaya, Chopped
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sparkling Water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener - Lakanto
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Mint Leaves

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Blend Cantaloupe, Papaya, Monk Fruit Extract (or sugar, adjust as per sweetness of the fruit), Lime juice and Mint leaves in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- 2. Sieve the mixture. Put ice in 2 medium sized Mocktail glasses and top off halfway with the Cantaloupe Papaya sieved mixture.
- 3. Fill the rest with sparkling water. Garnish with mint. Enjoy immediately.
