Carrot Cheese Its
If there was one way you could hide vegetables from your kids, homemade crackers would be it. These have the same orange color that any cracker in the store will have, but this color comes from veggies rather than food coloring. These crackers are delicious, have a full serving of vegetables in them and are made with only healthy ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Baby Carrots, Cooked
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Cheddar Cheese

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- Preheat your oven 350 degrees.
- First, cook your baby carrots until they are soft to the touch. Add the baby carrots to the blender with 12 tablespoons of water to help blend them up. Blend them until they were creamy pour into a mixing bowl.
- Then add your flour, baking powder, sea salt, and cheese to the carrots. Blend until you’re a dough forms. You can always add more flour if needed.
- Roll your dough onto a floured surface. Using a knife, cut the dough into crackers squares. Place the squares onto your baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or longer depending on desired crispiness.
