Chai-Spiced Butternut Squash Smoothie

This smoothie is so perfectly spiced and is incredibly creamy, you'd never think you're getting a serving of veggies in it! It makes a great balanced breakfast, filled with fruits, veggies, carbs, healthy fats, and protein!
Ingredients
- 111 Banana, ripe and frozen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Butternut Squash, roasted or steamed and frozen (or sweet potato)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cauliflower Rice, frozen (optional- doesn't change the flavor!)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Milk Yogurt, plain or vanilla (or yogurt of choice)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Milk, or milk of choice (plus more to thin as necessary)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, optional
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Butter, or cashew butter; do nut sub peanut butter as the flavor can be overpowering

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Ginger, Ground

- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Cardamom Seed, ground
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Nutmeg, Ground
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Cloves, Ground
