Cheese Chick Balls!
These high protein cheese chicks are a super cute and easy appetizer to throw together! I served mine on my homemade gluten free ritz crackers for an all around delicious and wholesome snack!
Ingredients
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), Finely diced
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pecans, Crushed
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, For coating
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Carrots, For feet/nose
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Black Peppercorns, Whole, For eyes
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Easy Gluten Free Ritz Crackers! (click for recipe), for serving

- whip cream cheese and Greek yogurt together, then add in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for an hour (or until ready to complete)
- Roll into balls, roll the balls into shredded cheddar, then cut triangles out of carrots for feet and nose, and place 2 peppercorns for eyes
- Enjoy right away or store in fridge
