These high protein cheese chicks are a super cute and easy appetizer to throw together! I served mine on my homemade gluten free ritz crackers for an all around delicious and wholesome snack!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. whip cream cheese and Greek yogurt together, then add in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for an hour (or until ready to complete)
  2. Roll into balls, roll the balls into shredded cheddar, then cut triangles out of carrots for feet and nose, and place 2 peppercorns for eyes
  3. Enjoy right away or store in fridge
