Thick, creamy, cookie dough protein mousse! Super easy to make, packed with protein, gluten free, and free of refined sugars! Perfectly complimented with my protein whipped cream & mini cookie dough balls! I used THESE jars for storage! So cute and convenient. Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend cottage cheese ingredients, minus chocolate chips, together until smooth, scraping the sides as needed
  2. Fold in mini dark chocolate chips
  3. Optionally, fill the bottoms of your storage jars (6oz I find work best) with crushed gluten free graham crackers
  4. Pour cottage cheese mousse overtop
  5. Refrigerate at least a few hours, or overnight for optimal thick texture
  6. Mix cookie dough ingredients together, roll into balls, add to mousse, and enjoy!
