i love a sloppy joe skillet meal because it's quick, easy, & delicious! here I used my infamous ruby romesco sauce with the ingredient of the month - ground beef! this recipe is so full of flavor & a unique variation on a classic recipe.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. first make a batch of my ruby romesco sauce.
  2. in a large skillet, brown ground beef, draining as needed.
  3. once beef is fully cooked, add ruby romesco sauce + broth or water.
  4. bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. sprinkle cheese on top - cover with a lid or broil for 3-5 minutes until bubbly.
  6. serve over veggies, fries, or chips for more of a loaded nacho OR with a couple slices of bread to make a classic sandwich.
