- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Honey Graham Protein Cereal - Catalina Crunch, or the cinnamon toast variation

- 4 oz4 oz4 oz Grain-Free Pretzel Twists, Sea Salt - Fit Joy, or any salty add-in you like
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashew Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Vanilla Finishing Salt - Texas Salt Co., or sea salt

cherry cheesecake
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Super Fruity Oat Protein Cereal - Seven Sundays

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cherry Pomegranate Superfood Jam - Smash Foods
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cherries, Dried, freeze-dried
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly

cheesecake crust
- to a saucepan, melt cashew butter & white chocolate chips over low heat.
- to a large bowl, add cereal & pretzels (or salty add-in of choice), then pour melted cashew butter & white chocolate; combine.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- add puppy chow, to a bowl with a lid or a plastic bag.
- add vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, & a pinch of salt; shake well.
cherry cheesecake
- to a saucepan, melt cherry pomegranate jam, cashew butter, & white chocolate chips over low heat.
- to a large bowl, add cereal, then pour melted mixture over top & combine.
- fold in cheesecake protein cookie dough balls & freeze-dried cherries.
- pour onto a lined baking sheet & refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- in a coffee grinder, add a few freeze dried cherries & grind into a powder.
- add puppy chow, protein powder, cherry powder, & salt to a giant plastic bag or a giant bowl; mix well.
put it all together
- combine the cheesecake crust & the cherry cheesecake puppy chow versions, then freeze for at least 30 minutes & store puppy chow in the freezer.
