Cherry Habanero Glaze on Tri Tip
Rarely do I make a recipe with only three ingredients but this is so easy and full of flavor I had to share it. This glaze is great on beef but would be lovely on pork or chicken.

- Prepare BBQ coals.
- Salt the tri tip on all sides and BBQ to preferred doneness.
- Slice against the grain into thin slices.
- In a small saucepan add ingredients and heat on medium-low for 3-4 minutes. Depending on how thin you like it you can add a bit more oil.
- Spoon over meat.
Notes
If you like the meat cooked in the glaze you can warm the ingredients in a large skillet then place the meat in. Spread around, flip over and let cook for a few minutes to coat all sides.
