Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake (Gluten-Free Option)

Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Crushed Pineapple, Canned, 20 oz can, undrained
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Cherry Pie Filling, 21 oz can
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Yellow Cake Mix, *can sub gluten-free cake mix

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut, Shredded
Process

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray and parchment paper.
- Pour the crushed pineapple into the pan and spread evenly.
- Add the cherry pie filling on top and again, spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the yellow cake mix on top of the cherry pie filling evenly.
- Pour the melted coconut oil evenly on top of the dry cake mix.
- Top with the shredded coconut.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the edges are caramelized and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
