Chickpea Protein Bites
If you want a no bake protein bite with NO protein powder, these chickpea balls are for you! You loved my chickpea bars, so I figured I needed to read-share these!
No you don’t taste the chickpeas, yes these are glorious, and YES they go great in lunchboxes!
Grab a bowl and make these ASAP (oh and please share them if you do! ❤️)
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Chickpeas, mashed
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Milk, dairy free or regular
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract, optional
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mash chickpeas in a bowl with a potato masher or back of fork. Then add the rest of the ingredients up until the chocolate chips.
- Once mixed, add dark chocolate chips and combine. Roll into balls and store in fridge!
