Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a bowl, mash together weetbix and milk/water until combined, and place in the fridge whilst making yogurt layer.
  2. in a seperate bowl, stir together yogurt and protein powder until combined, and evenly spread layer over weetbix.
  3. in a small bowl, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth and combined, and then pour over yogurt layer.
  4. in a seperate bowl, mix cacao powder and water until there is a SLIGHTLY runny consistency (you don’t want it too runny).
  5. pour choccy ganache over caramel layer, then use a toothpick to make the swirl.
