Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Rinse the blueberries and thoroughly pat dry. Lay them down on kitchen towel in a single layer until fully dry and are at room temperature.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.
  4. Add blueberries and stir until fully coated.
  5. Place a pretzel stick down vertically on the parchment paper and place chocolate coated blueberries in a triangle over and around the pretzel to make it look like a Christmas tree. Repeat until you use up all the blueberries.
  6. Freeze for 5 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  7. Place white chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.
  8. Use a spoon to drizzle white chocolate on the trees. Immediately add sprinkles, if using.
  9. You can place in the fridge to let the white chocolate set, or freeze for an hour if you want to enjoy frozen blueberries.
