i LOVE seven sunday's!!! when they released their little crispies, I immediately had to try. let me tell you what - they do not disappoint. of course, I think these are better than a traditional rice krispies treat & much healthier as they are made with whole food ingredients, protein, & less sugar. the chocolate caramel flavor is just divine. your taste buds are about to have some serious fun!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. melt max mallow & almond butter together; fold in little crispies cereal.
  2. using a small cookie scoop, add crispies crust mixture to a mini silicon muffin tin.
  3. freeze until protein filling is ready.
  4. to a food processor, mix together ingredients for caramel filling.
  5. using a small cookie scoop (~1 t), add a scoop of caramel filling on top of crust.
  6. melt caramel chocolate chips, then drizzle on top of each bite (I melted the chocolate, then added to a small zip lock bag. then cut a tiny hole in the corner & pipe onto each bite).
  7. freeze for 10 minutes or until hardened; store in the freezer.
