Chocolate Chip Cookie Overnight Weetbix
Breakfast meets dessert with this super easy recipe! It honestly reminds me of cheesecake, which really satisfies my sweet tooth in the morning!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Weetabix, crushed
- 100 ml100 ml100 ml Almond Milk
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 10 grams10 grams10 grams Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Packaged Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed

- In a bowl, combine weetbix and milk, and flatten out.
- Place yoghurt layer over the top.
- Melt chocolate with chocolate oil, and pour evenly over yoghurt layer.
- Top with crushed cookie and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours (or overnight). Enjoy friends!
