Chocolate Cookie Frogs
Bet ya didnât know youâd ever want to eat a đ¸. These Passover inspired chocolate frogs are such a cute snack activity to make with your fam!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cocoa & Cashew Butter Sandwich Cookies - Simple Mills, you can find kosher for Passover in any kosher supermarket
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup White Chocolate, melted with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- 2 pinch2 pinch2 pinch Green Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Baking Chocolate Chips, melted with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Gluten-Free Pretzel Twists, you can find kosher for Passover in any kosher supermarket
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sprinkles, Dye-free green sequin sprinkles
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay your pretzels down horizontally with the tops facing each other. Dip them in your green chocolate and place down.
- Take a sandwich cookie and dip it in green chocolate. Place on top of the pretzels.
- Add 2 marshmallows for eyes. Take a toothpick and dip it into the semi-sweet chocolate. Make eyes on the marshmallows and a smile. Decorate the cookie with green sequin sprinkles to make it look speckled. Place in the fridge/freezer for 15 minutes to set. Enjoy!
