If you're looking for a fun, healthier snack or dessert, then these chocolate covered blueberries are just what you need! Sometimes mixing in some chocolate with your fruit can take it from basic to elevated. And who doesn't love some chocolate?!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 25-30 second increments. Stir in between each increment until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Place blueberries on your lined baking tray and cover in melted chocolate.
  4. Place in the freezer to harden for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
