Chocolate Covered Blueberries (Easy – Only 3 Ingredients!)

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Blueberries, fresh
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Dark Chocolate Bar - Pascha Chocolate Co., or any chocolate of choice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil, to add to chocolate while melting

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 25-30 second increments. Stir in between each increment until chocolate is completely melted.
- Place blueberries on your lined baking tray and cover in melted chocolate.
- Place in the freezer to harden for about 20-30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
