Chocolate Covered Raspberries (Easy – Only 3 Ingredients!)
If you're craving fruit and melted chocolate without the hassle of making it every time the craving strikes, this recipe is for you! I love using raspberries for this since you can eat them like candy, but they are so much better for you! The mixture of fruit and chocolate together is the perfect combo - I can't stop eating these!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 20 whole20 whole20 whole Raspberries, Organic

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 25-30 second increments. Stir in between each increment until chocolate is completely melted.
- Dip each fresh raspberry in the melted chocolate and place on the lined baking tray. Repeat for remaining raspberries.
- Place in the freezer to harden for about 20-30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can store these chocolate covered raspberries in the freezer. You can eat them right out of the freezer, no need to thaw beforehand!
