Everything is more fun on a stick, am I right? These 2-ingredient, allergy-friendly, chocolate-dipped strawberry pops are simple, delicious, kid-approved, and super fun for Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day - or any day, really. An easy, healthy treat you can enjoy whenever you like.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Rinse and pat strawberries dry with paper towels. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Insert 1 cookie stick (I used Wilton 6-inch cookie sticks from a bag of 20) through the top center stem part of each strawberry, inserting about 3/4-1-inch into each strawberry, without inserting stick through strawberry, until stick feels secure.
  3. Dip each strawberry in melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip back into bowl. Place each chocolate-dipped strawberry pop on parchment-lined pan. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes for chocolate to set. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve. Makes 12 pops.

Notes

Use thicker cookie sticks instead of skinny lollipop sticks. Wilton makes cookie sticks - they are available in craft stores like Michael’s, most major grocery stores, Walmart and online. Gluten-free. Grain-free. Dairy-free. Egg-free. Plant-based. Vegan. Low sugar.
