- Add peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder and protein powder to a bowl and mix until smooth and combined.
- Gently fold through soy crisps.
- Press mixture firmly into a silicone or lined loaf tin and smooth the top
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and spread thin
- Chill in fridge 2-3 hours until set, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
tip: if the mix looks a bit dry, stir in an extra 1 tbsp maple syrup or a splash of milk before pressing into the tin
