Chocolate PB&J Bark
This chocolate peanut butter and jelly bark is a twist on your typical bark. I used grapes and peanut butter as the base… I never thought to try this until now and wow! Grapes and chocolate pair so nicely together!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Grapes, Red, Cut in half
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, start by cutting your grapes in half. Lay out on a piece of parchment paper so that they are side-by-side but not on top of each other.
- Drizzle your creamy peanut butter on top of the grapes. Set aside.
- In a microwave, safe bowl, melt your chocolate and coconut oil together. Stir until it is smooth. Pour over peanut butter and grape grapes.
- Place in the freezer and let it harden. Once it’s hardened, break it and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have grapes, you can use another fruit like strawberries, blueberries, or even bananas!
