Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal (Edit recipe)

This is one of my most popular baked oatmeal recipes, and for good reason. These are high in protein and lower in carbs, and have that perfect balance to keep you full for hours. Yes this has a veggie in it and NO you can’t taste it! Trust me, these will become a family favorite.
