Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal
This is one of my most popular baked oatmeal recipes, and for good reason. These are high in protein and lower in carbs, and have that perfect balance to keep you full for hours. Yes this has a veggie in it and NO you can’t taste it! Trust me, these will become a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup One Degree Organic Oats

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Chia Seeds
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, Dairy free or regular
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix everything together in a bowl except for chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish and top with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 for 20 min. Cut into 6 slices to have 30g of protein a serving.
