Chocolate Pistachio Smoothie
This smoothie is inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar that everyone raves about. This one is so good and has so many nutrients in it for your baby. I did use a whey protein in this smoothie. I felt comfortable giving my baby protein powder, a good quality one, starting around 8 months. The one used in this smoothie is the brand Equip.

Ingredients
- 4 fl oz4 fl oz4 fl oz Water
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pistachios, Raw
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
Process

- In your blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend until the smoothie is creamy and delicious.
