Chocolate Pumpkin Fudge (Paleo)
This chocolate pumpkin fudge is smooth and creamy with a rich chocolate and pumpkin flavor. It's paleo friendly - gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Organic [*Spectrum Brand, sustainably sourced] Palm Oil Shortening, (or coconut oil)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Almond Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Maldon Sea Salt Flakes, (optional topping)

- Melt chocolate and shortening.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix with a spatula until smooth.
- Pour into a parchment lined 8" x 4" loaf pan.
- Chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Remove from fridge and cut to desired size.
- Optional: top with flaked sea salt.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
