Chocolate Raspberry Protein Banana Bread
Gluten free, refined sugar free, and high protein! With the decadent pairing of dark chocolate and raspberries, this makes for the perfect addition to your breakfast plate, or your after meal sweet tooth cap!
Ingredients

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oat Flour
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Raspberries, Organic

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In one bowl whisk dry ingredients together
- In another mash your banana, add remaining wet ingredients, and whisk well
- Add in dry ingredients
- Fold in most of chocolate chips and raspberries (reserving some for topping)
- Pour into loaf tin lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350 for 55-60 min
- After 10-15 lift sides of parchment paper to remove from loaf tin, place on a cooling rack, and allow to cool fully before slicing
