Christmas Tree Peanut Butter Treats
When you walk through the store with your kids and all the holiday candy is out, it’s hard to resist. My kids saw the Christmas tree Reese’s cup and immediately wanted them. So I decided to make them at home and add protein for a nutrient dense snack!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl, add your almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter and agave. Mix together until a cookie dough texture forms.
- Roll peanut butter mixture out onto parchment paper. Place in the freezer for about 5 minutes to let it set.
- Remove from freezer. Using Christmas tree cookie cutter, cut out a Christmas tree shape. Repeat!
- Melt your chocolate chips and dip the Christmas tree in the chocolate.
- Let it harden and enjoy!
