With a sweet, cinnamon sugar center, and soft vanilla frosting to top, these babies are an explosion of flavor with each bite! They're refined sugar free, gluten free, and have the option to make dairy free too Be warned- these leave the entire house smelling like a Cinnabon store, making you want them ALL at once!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine ingredients for cupcakes and pour 2/3 batter into muffin paper lined tin
  2. Mix together the cinnamon center, add a small spoonful to each, then top with remaining batter
  3. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes
  4. Allow to cool completely before frosting

Notes

Can sub brown sugar or brown sugar alternative like Swerve for the coconut sugar
